With all the stresses and strains that go with our modern lifestyles ordering on-line is an easy way to get what you want without queuing and social distancing but, with the return to work gathering momentum, getting your delivery may be equally as stressful as going to the shops.
To help you manage your deliveries we have introduced two new shipping options - Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Light Packet 48; these services are in addition to our Royal Mail Large Letter service and APC Courier service. Products annotated ‘Restricted Shipping’ cannot be sent through the Royal Mail Network and the Courier option needs to be selected for these. You can view all shipping information here.
Royal Mail are still experiencing some delays to their deliveries, and the level of delay varies around the country, so if you choose this option please be patient and expect to wait a little longer than normal for your order to arrive. You will receive an email update when your order has been despatched, whether this is with Royal Mail or APC Couriers, letting you know your parcel is on the way. You can track both Royal Mail Tracked and APC Couriers on line, with the tracking being updated at various points on its journey, while the 24 and 48 service is confirmed at delivery only.
NB: Royal Mail 24 is the equivalent of 1st Class Post – Delivery 1-2 days.
Royal mail 48 is the equivalent to 2nd Class Post – Delivery 3-5 days.
