Shipping Rates & Services

Adjustments to shipping, and other order amendments, are subject to a £1.00 admin fee once the payment process has been completed. Orders are despatched Monday to Friday only and we do not ship any orders on Welsh and English Bank/Public Holidays. While we endeavour to ship the same day on orders placed before 2.30pm Monday - Thursday and 12.30pm on Friday, we do not guarantee this will be the case. 

We ship to all UK locations using Royal Mail Tracked services for parcels and offer a Large Letter rate for packages under 140g, which fit through a standard letterbox.

Please see the table below for our shipping weights and rates. If your order exceeds 20kg you will not be able to complete the checkout process; please contact us for a shipping quote. Notification emails with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order.  

Weights allocated to each product on this website includes an allowance for packaging.
